About
Based in Dublin. At home everywhere.
I’m a storyteller born and raised in Switzerland and based in Ireland since 2015. My experiences living in different countries and cultures shape my work, which explores themes of belonging, identity, and what it’s like to live in-between places.
Publications
In 2025, I published my essay collection, In Between, Always, exploring the nuances of inhabiting multiple cultural and emotional landscapes. My writing has also appeared in travel magazines, shaped by journeys to lesser-traveled places, and I now primarily publish articles on Substack (https://substack.com/@serestories). I am currently working on my first poetry collection, learning to trust a slower rhythm.
A Lifelong Writing Practice
Writing has been with me for as long as I can remember. It started with a diary and fairytales. As I grew older, writing stayed close and became a steady way of thinking and feeling my way through the world.
I have been training as a poetry therapist in Switzerland and Germany, exploring the relationship between reading, writing, and mental wellbeing. During this time, my connection to writing has deepened and transformed, and I have since fallen in love with poetry.
At the heart of all my work is a belief in writing as a companion that holds complexity, invites curiosity, and fosters connection with ourselves and others.
Visual Storytelling
Through photography, I aim to create visual narratives that connect with people and leave a lasting impression. Currently, I am studying to refine my craft, constantly exploring new techniques and ideas, both digitally and on film.
